The Sad Little Turtle Who Ruined Everything

Yeah, I just kinda ran with this one. I pretty much started with the opening line and then decided I would just make everything as sad as possible.

It's kind of hard to top Buttersafe in terms of drawing sad turtles, but I gave it my best.
