Anti-Asshole CAPTCHA: A Half-Earnest Proposal

I honestly think that having an Anti-Asshole CAPTCHA, just as a reminder of how not to be a dick in forums and comment sections, would be a fantastic idea. I mean, everyone has bad days, but this is just a way to nudge people in the direction of "not being a jerk" behaviour.
